"Charts got cluttered, and the terms keep changing"
I tried Jigsaw Trading mainly for the charting, but the screens felt crowded right away. I get that some of the lines and numbers are useful, but once I started switching timeframes, everything started to look messy and harder to read than I expected.
Maybe it gets better if you spend a lot of time setting it up, but out of the box it just wasn’t very clear for me. I also didn’t love that the terms seemed to change, because it made the whole experience feel a bit more frustrating when I was already trying to figure things out.

"Wanted a bit more depth!!"
I was really hoping the educational side would go a lot deeper!! Some of the videos do a decent job explaining the basics, but once you get past that, it starts to feel thin and a little repetitive. For the price, I expected more detailed breakdowns and real examples instead of mostly surface-level info
"DOM works, but it feels clunky"
The depth of market does the job, but it feels clunky to me. It lags here and there, and the layout can feel messy when I’m trying to get in quickly, which is frustrating. I also wish the support emails felt less like they were written by robots and more like an actual person was helping

I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but something about it didn’t really sit right. I kept trying to give it a chance, thinking maybe I was overthinking it, but I just couldn’t fully trust it. It had this weird feeling to it that made me second-guess everything, so yeah, it wasn’t for me.
"Crashes at the worst possible time"
I’m feeling mentally drained after dealing with this today. The software froze on me twice right when I needed it, and now I just don’t feel comfortable trusting it with my trades.

I wanted to get something useful out of this course, but honestly... it felt shallow. Like, it touched on the topic, but didn’t really go deep enough to make it worth it for me...

I cancelled my order and it was more of a hassle than I expected. The refund took way too long to come back, and I had to keep checking on it. Not the worst experience ever, but it definetly could of been smoother.

"Too rigid for a subscription"
I signed up thinking it would be easy to tweak things or pause if life got busy, but the subscription felt a lot more locked-in than I expected 😕.
There didn’t seem to be much flexibility to work around my schedule, and cancelling took more effort than I thought it would. Maybe I missed an option somewhere, but it ended up feeling more frustrating than it needed to be.
For what it costs, I was hoping for something a bit more adjustable. Just wasn’t the right fit for me.

"The live room felt not really worth it"
I was kind of expecting more, but it ended up being a lot of just sitting there waiting. For what I paid, I didn’t feel like there were enough useful trade ideas, so yeah, it just didn’t really feel worth it to me.

"Wish I hadn’t spent time on the market replay"
I tried using the market replay, but it kept lagging and jumping all over the place. It made practicing feel pointless, which was frustrating because I was hoping it would actually help. i kind of regret wasting time on it and expected a smoother experience

"Just didn’t work out for me"
I tried the order flow tools, but for some reason I just couldn’t really get comfortable with them. The whole thing felt a bit clunky and confusing, and the setup took longer than I expected. For the price, I thought it would feel a lot smoother. Support was fine, but they didn’t really help me get past the issues I was having, so I ended up cancelling.

"Setup was way more frustrating than I expected"
I had a rough time trying to get Jigsaw Trading set up. The steps didn’t feel very clear to me, especially as someone who wasn’t already familiar with the process. I kept hitting small errors, then having to pause and dig through videos or forum posts just to figure out what I was supposed to do next.
Maybe the platform is great once everything is finally running, but the setup experience made me realize how much the first impression matters. When you’re paying for a tool, you kind of expect the onboarding to give you confidence, not make you question whether you should keep going. After losing too much time on it, I ended up giving up.

"Getting the data feed working was a headache"
I couldn’t get the data feed working properly, and every time I reached out it felt like I was being passed from one person to another without anyone really taking ownership. Frustrating experience overall

"Just didn’t click with the way I trade"
I gave Jigsaw Trading a try because I was hoping it would help me tighten up my trading and give me something I could actually work into my routine. But quickly, I just felt like it wasn’t really made for the way I approach the market. A lot of the strategy material seemed focused on a very specific order flow style, it left me feeling more disconnected than confident.
I can see how it might be useful for someone who already trades that way, but for me it never really clicked emotionally or practically. I kept trying to make the ideas fit my setup, but it just felt forced, and that made me less motivated to keep using it. In the end, I barely touched it after a while.

"Support is kinda slow tbh"
The tools are decent, ngl, but the support took way too long. I had a simple question and ended up waiting days just to get a clear answer. It’s not the worst experience ever, but it’s def frustrating when you need help ASAP.

"Doesn’t really work with my broker"
I bought this thinking it would be easy to get going, but then I found out my broker isn’t really supported properly. The setup was annoying, like annoying enough that I didn’t want to keep messing with it, and the list of supported brokers feels way too limited for what I need...

"Way too much hassle to figure out"
I tried getting into Jigsaw Trading, but it was a pain in the ass. The learning curve hit me like a truck, and I kept getting lost between all the tools, lessons, and random stuff I apparently needed to understand. Maybe it’s great if you’re already a trading wizard, but for me it just felt like a confusing mess. Not worth the headache.

"The mentoring just didn’t really click for me"
I didn’t get much out of the mentoring. It felt like the mentor wasn’t really great at explaining things, and a lot of the answers were vague. Instead of getting real trading guidance, it kind of felt like they were just going over platform features again. I asked some basic order flow questions and the replies were mostly generic. Maybe it’s helpful for other people, but for me, it didn’t feel worth the money.

I had a frustrating time using this platform. The menus didn’t feel intuitive, setting things up took way longer than I expected, and jumping between tools was just annoying. What made it worse was that I kept getting inconsistent answers when I tried to figure things out, so I never knew if I was doing something wrong or if the platform was just unclear. It might have some solid features buried in there, but the overall usability was a pain for me
